The project site is located on 9th Avenue, New York City, USA, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of 12,000 square feet, primarily for commercial and residential uses.

The conceptual design of the project was completed by the U.S.-based design firm Archimaera. APG undertook the forward detailed construction drawing design for doors and windows based on the conceptual design documents, while assisting the French company C&E Engineering with the forward design of UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete). APG led the façade collaboration through BIM 360, and the construction drawing deliverables were finalized through alignment discussions and confirmation with the conceptual design.

APG provided detailed drawings and models to factories in China, formulated modular division and container allocation schemes, integrated the data into the logistics information management system, and utilized BIM models and modules to support the client in managing curtain wall-related information throughout the project.
